I have digitally drawn this heart carabiner design in the colours of the Lesbian Pride flag and added a lesbian flag keychain lanyard with a pink star charm to create this bag charm cluster. 

The charm design is double-sided and sandwiched between two layers of clear acrylic to protect the image, while the pride flag design is printed on a 2 cm-thick cotton lanyard.
